Billing

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

Recurring subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not entitle the subscriber to refunds for letters already shipped, fulfilled, or delivered.

Refund Policy

If a customer is dissatisfied with a subscription purchase, they should contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Capstone Letters.

Gift subscriptions are generally non-refundable once fulfillment has begun.

Shipping and Delivery
